What is your method for cleaning my tile and grout?

Using a high-pressured rotary tool, combined with steam cleaning, and top-of-the-line tile and grout cleaners, we are able to remove most of the waxy build-up and dirty grout lines to refresh the sleek look of your counters, floors, tub and showers.

Why should I have my grout lines sealed?

Because grout is porous, it absorbs stains quickly. By applying a sealer, you are creating a barrier of protection that allows you more time to remove the stain before it sets in.

How long do I have to stay off the floor after sealant is applied?

30 minutes to an hour is ideal, and please avoid water coming in contact with your treated area within 24 hours to allow the sealant to set completely.

What is clear seal?

Clear sealis an invisible layer of protection that inhibits stains from soaking into the grout as quickly, so you are less likely to have permanent discoloration. Clear seal is not waterproof.

What is color seal?

Color seal is a restoration process that applies color to your grout lines to repair discolorations and restore your grout to its original condition. It also provides a waterproof barrier that guards against stains, dirt and debris.
